About us:

The Beaufort Yacht and Sailing Club, located in Beaufort, South Carolina, offers sailing instruction for all ages and levels of skill.  From 8 years of age through to parents, BYSC has a program to get you hooked on sailing! 

Never sailed before, no problem, try our introductory classes.  Been sailing for a while? No problem, try our intermediate lessons or private lessons.  Looking to hone your racing skills?  Take a look at what our advanced racers are up too....

We’d love to help you on your way to becoming a world class sailor. Take a look at Levels to get an idea of what group programs we offer for children, or look at the Race Team for info about our highly successful race program.  We hope this site not only gives you enough information about our programs, but also gets you keen on learning to sail!
